Retain Us

You'll save a little money by having us do regular follow-ups for you. We'll establish how many calls you'll have us do per month, and we'll create a custom report that you'll be able to review as often as you like.

What you get

1. For each interview, up to a 15-minute consultation with us to get the specific details we'll need to make the phone call.
2. Our 15-minute interview with your client.**
3. Our 15-minute post-interview consultation with you to fill you in on what we learned.
4. Total and complete confidentiality. We will never share the feedback with anybody without your written permission.
   
   
**We will make three attempts to reach your client and will leave a message each time. If your client declines to return our call within two weeks, we will credit 50% of the fee towards another feedback session.

Terms
Retainer fees are due on the first of every month.
A one-month deposit is required to begin.
You may cancel your retainer membership at any time, but partial months are not refundable.
